We will provide the 15amp male/30amp female power adapter. You will be able to relax knowing we have thought of everything you will need to enjoy your stay. Delivery is available up to 50 miles from Sacramento or pick it up in Citrus Heights and tow it on your own. If delivered, we will do all of the setup so all you have to do is show up, unpack, fill the fridge and enjoy the great outdoors. ***Free Delivery TO Beals Point Campground IN Folsom, CA*** This trailer includes a cozy "short" queen 60" x 74" with surrounding blackout privacy curtains. The curtain rod can be moved to make a bunk room, see photos. The 2 twin bunk beds are 38" x 72". The dinette converts into a 50" x 72" bed (almost a double sized bed). Set up pillows all around the dinette bed and now you have a comfy couch! *This is a dog friendly trailer only, no cats or other pets.* *NO Burning MAN* All other festival rentals require a $750 security deposit. We have made many upgrades including: power tongue jack, front stabilizer jacks, solid steps, extra-large grab handle, metal screen door protector for dogs, porch light, battery disconnect switch, extra outlets and usb ports, 24" Vizio TV with swivel mount, vent fan in the main area, pull down spray kitchen faucet, cutting board stove cover, locking hinges on the overhead cabinets, exhaust vent fan in bathroom, upgraded showerhead, full length mirror, and even soft motion lights for nighttime. If needed, your rental includes unlimited use of an Onan 2500watt inverter generator which has enough power to run all of the appliances including the air conditioner.
