About

Our trailer is fully equipped for your trip. At 4,260 dry weight, our trailer is a lighter tow. We provide sway/stabilization and brake assist systems and Curt trailer brake control at no additional cost. We have two double bunks and 1 Queen bed with a memory foam topper for extra comfort. We've included family games and a TV that can be moved outside for outdoor movie nights. Enjoy your favorite music with our indoor/outdoor speakers that you can Bluetooth to your phone. There's also an outdoor fridge for storing drinks. We have a propane fire pit that can be available upon request. We're pretty generous with pick up times, so reach out and we can talk about it. **Awning** - our awning no longer works but we've discounted our rate to reflect the situation. Popups work well if shade is needed (we do not supply). **Generator** - there is a charge for generator rental, renter is responsible for gas. **Propane** - it is the renter's responsibility to check propane levels and refill if needed. Due to fees charged by the site we no longer "pre-fill" the tanks. *Special* Ask about our Fall/Winter specials and request a quote. You won't be disappointed. What's included 1 pot, 1 pan, cooking utensils, plates/cups, can opener, single serve coffee maker, DVD's, TV, & games included. There is an outdoor small fridge. We're happy to send our gas firepit if wood burning isn't allowed at your site (just let us know). We do not provide bedding but there's usually some towels in the trailer you're welcome to use. Recommendations Northern, CA has many beautiful spots to camp and discover. From the shores of Lake Tahoe to the beaches in Mendocino, there is something for everyone. Other things to note No festivals. RV toilet paper only. We are pet-friendly. NO SMOKING OR VAPING. Deposit will be forfeited if smoking in trailer. We are very flexible with pickup/drop-off times. We ask the trailer be returned as it was when picked up. We understand that is not always possible, in that case tank dumping/cleaning fees will apply. Possible additional fees: Dumping of tanks ($60) will be deducted from deposit if applicable. Cleaning (up to $75). If the trailer is returned in the clean condition it was received with tanks dumped, fees will not be charged. Use of awning is not included in rental as it is not covered by insurance but our rates reflect that. Please message us with any questions you may have. We love to help get novice/experienced renters out on the road to make memories.

The host provided us with an RV with inoperable brakes. We notified the host of this, fixed the issue (the issue was there was a CUT wire to the left brake) and she THANKED US and did not request us to return the RV nor contact roadside assistance. After we reached our destination with zero cell reception, we found that the entire harness was not working properly. It had exposed wires touching each other and causing the brakes to apply on their own, while we drove down the freeway. Making this unsafe for us. We found a way to disengage the brakes though. We fixed the issue temporarily so we could get home. When we notified the host at drop off, she thanked us again and offered us 1-2 nights for free in gratitude. We requested a 50% refund for our labor, materials, and not providing us with a safe RV. This was denied by the host. In retaliation, she went after our security deposit for causing "damage" to their harness. This is not only not a trustworthy host, but they also provide an unsafe RV that could put your family at risk and are dirty when it comes to making things right.
