Explore Seaside and Cannon Beach on an approximately three-hour small-group tour with a local guide and driver. Enjoy coastal scenery, local history, movie locations, and photo opportunities while we handle the driving and parking.

Highlights may include the Lewis & Clark Salt Works, Seaside’s Promenade, views of Tillamook Head, Haystack Rock, and Ecola State Park’s scenic viewpoints. Discover marine life around Haystack Rock when tides and conditions allow.

Paint a rock for Seaside’s Painted Rock Beach, with supplies included. Along the way, hear local stories and get recommendations for dining, shopping, and places to explore after your tour.

Tours run Monday–Friday at 10:00 AM. Please provide your pickup location when booking so we can confirm arrangements.

Routes, stops, and activities may vary with weather, tides, park access, and group interests.

Itinerary

1. Lewis & Clark Salt Works · 10 min

   Lewis and Clark Salt Works replica of the 1805 salt making.

2. Seaside Beach Oregon · pass by

   We visit the Cove, that was once a bustling commercial fishing hub and visit the Sailors grave. Hear the behind the scenes actions taken to make Selzer Park. Watch the Surfers and maybe find some sand dollars.

3. Tillamook Head National Recreation Trail · pass by

   See the trailhead and hear what you can find if you choose the challenge.

4. Seaside Golf Course · pass by

   Learning the beginning: Indian Burial Ground, and Ben Holiday – Seaside house

5. Haystack Rock · 20 min

   Experience the iconic beauty of Haystack Rock, an Oregon landmark rising 235 feet from the shoreline. Immerse yourself in its charm, which has inspired countless novels, TV shows, and movies like "The Goonies" and "Kindergarten Cop.

6. Ecola State Park · 30 min

   Embark on an adventure through scenic trails, marvel at the majestic Tillamook Lighthouse, and step into the world of movie magic by exploring the filming locations of beloved classics like The Goonies and Kindergarten Cop.
