About this activity

With everything you give to the world, it’s time to give something back to yourself—a soul-stirring retreat in the heart of nature. Step away from the noise and reconnect with your truest self under the ancient canopy of Sequoia National Park.

This isn't just a visit—it's a transformational journey. Go beyond simply observing the biggest trees in the world—immerse yourself in its timeless wisdom. In a safe, nurturing space, you’ll finally exhale.

Guiding you is Alysia, a seasoned naturalist, historian, and spiritual coach with over 20 years of experience in Sequoia. With a rare gift for connection, she meets you where you are. Along winding trails and beneath towering trees, she’ll lead you through the ecosystem’s secrets, gentle guided meditations, and powerful inner prompts.
