Provider's site description, as published: Location makes the difference with a Premium Back-In RV Site at Verde Ranch RV Resort. 🌿🌵 Positioned in some of the resort’s most sought-after areas, these sites offer a scenic setting and a little more tranquility while keeping you connected to everything there is to enjoy at Verde Ranch. Depending on your assigned site, you may be located in the lower section near the canal and pond with convenient proximity to the Verde River, or up on the hill near the Covered Back-In sites—giving each area its own character within the resort. At 30 feet wide, there’s plenty of room for slide-outs and a comfortable outdoor setup, whether you’re escaping for a few days or making Verde Ranch home for a longer stay. Each site includes full hookups with water, sewer, and both 30-AMP and 50-AMP electrical service, along with Wi-Fi and cable. Spend your day exploring the Verde Valley, venture out toward Sedona, or keep the itinerary simple and enjoy the resort before returning to your own corner of Verde Ranch. Picnic tables and fire pits are available to rent for even more time outside. Effective August 1, 2026, utility fees for monthly stays will be added after confirming your reservation.
