Provider's site description, as published: Cabin 16 is one of our most spacious and family friendly cabins, offering plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy their stay. This two story cabin comfortably sleeps up to twelve guests with a layout designed for both privacy and togetherness. Upstairs, you will find a cozy bedroom with a queen size bed. Downstairs features another queen bedroom plus a large bunk room with two bunk beds. Each bunk has a full bed on the bottom and a twin on the top, making it perfect for kids, teens, or groups. The downstairs living area also includes a pull out couch for extra sleeping space. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and room for the whole crew, Cabin 16 is the ideal spot for family gatherings, holidays, or group getaways on the Current River. Settle in, spread out, and make memories that will last long after your stay.

Does a length limit mean my RV fits?
No. It means your RV is within the listed length limit. Slide-out room, turning clearance and overhanging trees aren't published; ask the park if you're close to the limit.
