Provider's site description, as published: Phoenix Rustic Cabin has two queen beds. It has a full bath and kitchen. It sleeps 4 people comfortably, but keep in mind, the second sleeping area is a loft bedroom that requires a ladder to access. Linens (bed, bath, pillows, kitchen towels) are all provided. TV, drip coffee pot, small microwave, toaster, a few dishes, and paper towels are provided. This cabin is pet friendly. One vehicle allowed per site or call for overflow parking. LONG-TERM STAYS Any stay of 29 consecutive days or more is considered a Long-Term Stay. Long-term guests are eligible for a monthly rate set at approximately 40% below our average nightly rates. To book a long-term stay, please contact the office directly, as availability is limited and subject to approval. A security deposit equal to one week’s rent is required at the time of booking. Payments may be made on a weekly or monthly basis as agreed upon at check-in. Management reserves the right to review and renew long-term stays at its discretion to ensure compliance with campground standards and policies.
How booking and saving work
You finish booking on the park's reservation website (campspot.com). Adding a site to your trip saves it, with your dates, so you can compare and come back; it doesn't reserve anything. Book the campsite, RV and activities separately with each provider.
Does a length limit mean my RV fits?
No. It means your RV is within the listed length limit. Slide-out room, turning clearance and overhanging trees aren't published; ask the park if you're close to the limit.
