  I'm not sure if there's any way Liza could have made this experience any better or easier on us, great experience all around. Communication was extremely fast and easy, never more than a text message away and she even offered up suggestions on good hikes and places to eat/visit.   Liza was very responsive and helpful in setting up the reservation and leading up to our trip. Very informative "tutorial" on how to set up the tent. The truck was immaculately cleaned.
