Our 2022 Coleman 17B comes fully stocked for all of your camping needs! This camper includes one queen sized bed, 2 bunk beds and a dining room table that converts to a small sleeping area for the little ones, standard toilet and shower with a 6 gallon water heater. All bed linens, blankets, two sleeping bags, towels(kitchen,2 bath,2 beach) are provided. Appliances include remote control 24inch television, electric a/c and fireplace, microwave, 2 burner stovetop, mini fridge, and we also include a cooler for extra food storage. This camper has a retractable awning with a folding outdoor table for your outdoor meals and large beach mat, electrical/sewer connections included with extra water hoses. What's included -linens, towels, blankets, sleeping bags -5 cup coffee pot and filters, toaster, air fryer, plates, glasses, utensils, pots, pans and storage containers. -paper towels, toilet tissue, paper napkins, plastic wear -camping chairs, outdoor rug, folding table, small gas grill -space heater just in case we have an unusually cold night. Recommendations There are many state, federal and privately owned parks in my area with a lot of history. There are 2 on Pensacola Beach to choose from depending vacancies. Other things to note No smoking especially medical marijuana. There will be a excessive cleaning fee if we smell it No pets over 35lbs If it is raining put the awning in to prevent damages. Otherwise the renter is responsible for the repairs We offer delivery only. To many damages by people towing them We due have a CUA for Ft. Pickens

  David is a fantastic host. The camper we booked was a Coleman Dutchman 17B. It was nice and clean when we arrived. David was communicative during the whole process. We stayed on Ft. Pickens and he knew all of the regulations that they have there. The camper is literally equipped with everything you need. From linens, a fridge, and towels, he makes sure everything is there. A nice bonus was that the A/C unit was nice…

  We had a great experience renting a camper from David. Communication was great and the camper was perfect. We had very little to worry about because David supplied the camper with everything we could have needed. We will definitely rent from him again.
