The rim retreat trailer was extremely spacious. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 4 kids. The heat worked well, and the double doors were very convenient. Delivery was pretty seamless (one linen set missing, but rectified quickly). Now for the downside… the primary reason for renting a trailer was for comfort while camping, but the beds were anything but comfortable. They actually didn’t even look like mattresses,…

Absolutely will be renting again! Pick up and drop off was a breeze and the trailer was perfect! They gave us a quick run through of everything worked and we were on our way for a great adventure! They made it so easy!

Communication on the campers delayed delivery time was poor. I received an initial call letting me know the delivery would be delayed by 2 hours and we should expect the camper to arrive at 5:00 pm. At 6:30 pm the camper was not delivered I started to get worried as I was with my family with young kids and still no camper.
