Just need a working 4 or 7 pin trailer plug. TV above the dinette needs hook ups to work. Trailer is allowed to attend burning man. Will come with a portable Generator. $3000 burning man fee applies.   We rented this trailer to serve as an extra bedroom for our son and his family when they came to visit us for a week. They found it an excellent accomodation for all six of them, including four very active children ages 5 to 9. The daytime temperatures were in the low hundreds and the AC handled it well. Also we live very close to two noisy heavily-travelelled streets, yet the traffic noise didn't bother them a bit.

  After another host cancelled our booking the day we were supposed to pick up, Mark and Heather came through last minute and saved the day! They responded quickly and thoroughly and the camper that we rented was everything they said it would be. It worked perfectly for our family! They’re both very knowledgeable, friendly and flexible. We’re very grateful to them and will rent from them again in the future!

  They delivered the trailer and set it all up. Walked me through and showed me how to turn on the generator and shut it off . Turn on the water and turn it off . I would rent again from them.
