The reservation was easy and the steps well explained. I picked up and we used the entire 90 minutes I allotted so the systems could be well explained. We were going to be off-grid so I wanted to understand all the options. The RV was clean and well stocked. We had a great time and the two issues i encountered were quickly resolved with a text. Drop off was easy and the final cost was within what we had discussed…

Henry was lovely Back end customer service from Pruitt was very disappointing. I've rented 13 resources. I don't think I would use Pruitt again

We rented from Jeff for an EMU Football Tailgate hosted by the Dean for the College of Arts and Sciences. The RV was fantastic and I found working with Jeff was professional, timely and thoughtful. You can't go wrong renting from Pruitt. Thanks Jeff!

Jeff was truly a pleasure to work with. I felt that he genuinely cared about us having the best possible experience and worked with us to make that happen. We had hiccups that Jeff went out of his was to fix which was very appreciated

I cannot say enough about my amazing experience with the Pruitt family and this motor coach! My orientation and drive was comprehensive and thorough. It was stocked with everything you need which took a lot of stress off of me and my family. I highly recommend this unit!
