Keystone Springdale with redone interior

About this RV

Get away in style with this glamped Keystone travel trailer. We've redone the interior to improve aesthetics and comfort. Memory foam mattresses and updated lighting are just a few of the additions. This RV is conveniently located in Santa Barbara and is a short distance to multiple camping destinations. It offers a roomy interior while still being manageable on the road. If you don't have a tow vehicle, no problem, I'll deliver. This RV is perfect for your next family vacation or weekend getaway. What's included all rentals include essential cooking equipment, a French press, a kettle, plates, and utensils. A few camping chairs are kept in the storage locker in the RV. Bedding and towels are provided for an additional charge. Load distributing hitch can also be provided for your vehicle. Recommendations Go camping, have fun, and don't trash the RV. I recommend you meet me at handoff so I can give you a tutorial on use. Most of the equipment is pretty straightforward, but getting in-person instruction will ensure you have a great time with full use of your rental. The use of bedding is required. Whether you bring your own or rent from us, have something between you and the mattress. If the trailer requires deep cleaning upon return, the renter will be charged based on the required level of cleaning effort. The cleaning fee only covers cleaning such as sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces. Things like carpet cleaning and stain removal will be subject to additional fees. Trailers returned with an improperly emptied holding tank will be charged a holding tank emptying fee. The trailer will not be rented to those who do not have at least minimal trailering experience unless the renter pays for delivery. Notes on generator use: The add-on option for generators gets you two 2000w generators that can be rigged together in parallel. This is enough power to run the heaviest consumers but not all electrical components at once; that will overload and trip the generators. These generators are not automated and require a basic level of power and small engine know-how (choke, load management, etc.) No refunds will be given for operator error.

Conrad was great and super helpful. He took his time to set up the trailer and showed us everything. Communication was easy and timely. Everything went smoothly. I would be happy to rent from Conrad again.

  Lovely host and great experience

The trailer is ok. The problem is the owner charged us a miscellaneous fee of $400 just because he had to come to move it to a different site because the campsite power had malfunctioned and the other trip he had to do is because we locked the key inside the trailer and he did not have his spare key with him. His delivery charge is $150. Go figure. He could have charged us only per mileage because he didn’t have to…

Conrad was great and his trailer is perfect. It has everything you would need and more. Set up great for kids and a dog. AC is powerful and did great in 100+ heat.

Comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay in the trailer.
