This Heartland Prowler Lynx 272 LX has exceptional features: In the rear, you will find a set of bunk beds that your kids are sure to enjoy, next to the bunk beds conveniently located in the rear, you will find a full bath for easy access. The dining area features a booth dinette to enjoy a meal or a round of cards. The dinette transforms into an extra sleeping space. Up front, you will find a queen master suite with overhead storage, sliding doors for privacy, closet storage, and a nightstand on each side. Lightweight and easy to tow, the electric lift creates effortless hitching to the tow vehicle. Four leveling feet will keep the camper steady. The full kitchen includes a sink, 3-burner gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, and microwave. The full bathroom includes a toilet, sink, and tub/shower. The propane heater works great and will keep the coldest toes nice and warm. (Propane tank included in rental fee) The air conditioner will keep things cool all summer long. Ready to unwind? Step outside your front door to relax under the electric awning featuring LED lights. You will also find two exterior speakers with Bluetooth connectivity. We offer a la carte and fully stocked packages, including some of these special options include: * Brews & Cue: we will leave a 6 pack of our favorite craft brew and smoked bbq dish. * Spic n span: we will clean the trailer so you have one less thing to do when you return. * Fully Loaded: we will do all the shopping and packing for you, including meals, snacks, and drinks.   The owners were very easy to talk to and responded quickly to any questions. They provided a ton of amenities with the rental - even more than what was listed! The trailer was in great functioning condition, but had more wear and tear than we have experienced with other Outdoorsy rentals.

  Owners were fantastic to work with, providing great pre/during/post communication and coordination for arrival and departure details. The Camper itself was clean, organized and fully stocked with all the camping essentials to make our trip a breeze. Would absolutely recommend working with them and fully plan to book with them next year for our annual trip.

  Everything was great from on time delivery, no issues with the trailer and they came right out when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the trailer. Would recommend them and will use them again for future rentals.
