Requires a 7 pin socket on tow vehicle for driving lights and included trailer brake, Mantis Dry weight in 2,972 lbs, cargo capacity is 1,028 lbs with a tongue weight of 435 lbs defendant on road. Renters are responsible for any damage caused by pets. -NO SMOKING or any kind. $500 cleaning fee if any smoking is detected. -Renter is responsible for tickets, tolls, tows or impounds. - Cassette toilet black tank and grey water tank empty and clean when returned. $100 fee if tanks are not empty and clean. - $200 cleaning fee if the habitat is not cleaned and requires additional attention
