Other things to note *****NO WALKING ON ROOF. It is very expensive to fix. Please drive our unit with extra care avoiding low lying branches! We will inspect the entire unit upon return. *****Preferred pickup/Drop-off. Make sure to schedule at least 1 hour min at both Drop off and pick up to review the unit thoroughly and so we can answer any questions. *****CLEANING: Please make sure to keep our unit as clean. No shoes should be worn inside the RV unless sitting in the driving or passenger seats. We have supplied cleaning wipes and a swifter Mop for your convenience. PLEASE NOTE: RV is expected to be returned as clean as you received it. If excessive cleaning is required upon return a $250 additional cleaning fee will be deducted from deposit. *****ABSOLUTELY NO TAILGATING. NO SMOKING. NO FESTIVALS. Any violation of these rules will result in additional fee (up to $1500) deducted from security deposit. *****Unit is equipped with a GPS System. Please do not tamper with GPS. If unit is taken off road or somewhere not approved there will be additional fee added upon return. Fee will be calculated on a case by case basis. *****Please note than a Supplemental Rental Agreement (SRA) will need to be agreed to and signed prior to the rental being approved.

  This is the nicest RV in the Miami area. Low mileage, super clean, owners are responsive and helpful. Needed a short notice RV to take to central Florida for 5 days camping in a state park. Easy booking, everything was ready the next day. The unit comes fully stocked with kitchenware, cleaning supplies. Nice items not the usual hodgepodge of utensils.   The RV was great! Very clean and had everything we needed. It was our first time renting an RV and we are hooked. It was easy to drive and park, and very comfortable. The beds were great for sleeping with our family of five. The kids had a blast. Marilyn and her husband were extremely nice and easy to rent from. They showed us everything and made sure we had everything we needed for our trip.
