Murphy style master bed & double over double bunk beds offer more comfort and flexibility than traditional travel trailers. Family friendly U-shape dinette slide out opens up the floor plan and provides storage underneath the benches as well as additional sleeping utility. Includes a full bathroom, full kitchen & bonus outdoor cooking space. This is a towable unit. Sleeping Accommodations: - Full size murphy bed - Double-size bunks - Dinette converts to additional bed Full Bathroom: - Sink - Toilet - Shower/tub combo - Medicine cabinet with mirror Kitchen Spaces: - Large refrigerator with separate freezer - 2 Burner Stove - Large sink - Outdoor cooking space w/ flat top & small fridge Dining/Living Space: - Dining table (can seat 4 adults comfortably & folds into a full size bed) - Couch (murphy bed folds over top of this sitting area) - 24" Smart TV - USB ports Also Includes: - Toaster - Waffle Maker - Ninja Foodie - Ice Maker - Single serve coffee maker (kcups/grinds) - Folding ottoman - Towels & washcloths - Bedding (for 4 beds) - 3 Roku TVs - Wifi booster (not available in all areas) - All necessary kitchenware, including bakeware - Vacuum & mop Towing specs: 2-5/16" hitch ball needed 2" hitch receiver needed class 3 vehicle required Note: if you do not have the required towing equipment (ball/receiver), you may rent as an add-on.
