Pickup was quick and ready to go. The camper was what we needed for our family weekend. They answered messages and timely and were flexible with drop off time. Drop off was as simple as pickup.

Karen and Jamie were friendly and thorough. We are first time RV renters and they were available to help us with a campground water question late at night. The mattress was an upgrade from standard. Karen and Jamie provided a you tube link to a video that ran through camp site set up and tear down that really helped address some of the unknowns we had as first time renters. We would give 6 stars if we could!
