Includes cleaning before and after use, and dumping black water tank. Dumping Fee $100 One Time Fee Black water tank must be emptied before returning the camper. There will be a $100 fee for emptying the tank if you don't do it yourself. (Refers to customers hauling the camper themselves) Excessive Cleaning Fee $50 One Time Fee Excessive cleaning is noticeable dirt/grime on countertops, floors, bedding, walls, appliances, sinks, shower, or camper exterior. Be sure to wash any dishes, sweep or vacuum the floors, and wipe down all surfaces.

  I am not sure that I have had a better rental experience in my life. Sheila and Don were attentive, responsive, and genuinely willing to help with anything we needed. The camper was perfect for our family. The host had everything stocked to ensure all of our needs were met during the trip. They are going to be my first call when we come back to the Davenport area.
