Comes fully furnished, cleaned and ready for family fun. 30 feet long four season 7882 lbs fully loaded, 820 lbs hitch weight. King size master bed, two bunk beds and dinnette converts to a bed to sleep 2 more. Outdoor kitchen sink, fridge and grill. 18' electric awning. Air conditioning as well as furnace and fire place. Lots of storage. Outdoor shower. What's included Fresh linens, all kitchen utensils, plates, cups, cookware. Microwave and coffee maker. Camping chairs, hatchet and sticks for s'mores. Other things to note No smoking inside RV please.
