Earnest was very nice and very accommodating. He was even available anytime we need him. Thanks Earnie.

Ernie is very friendly and easy to talk to. His instructions could be improved by better explaining the working details of the RV. Perhaps leave a list of hot topics with explanations. While on the road, if a topic of concern comes up, you'll have to figure it out or wait and wait for an answer. Ernie's RV is in good working condition. Everything functions as it should. It is slightly aging as compared to a new…

I have rented many RVs in the past, and this was the first time everything worked! I was completely off grid with my 2 kids for 4 days. I was able to run the LP fridge, take a warm shower, and run the generator when needed. Everything worked great. Earnest is a great guy that really knows his RV and takes very good care of it.

Earnie was easy to work with. Very responsive. The RV was ad advertised. A much better experience renting than our previous time at a Big Box RV rental place. Earnie takes pride in his RV and it shows. Thank you, Earnie for your hospitality.

He made us feel threatened, scared for our safety, unwelcomed, and he quite literally told us we are "going to hell," completely and entirely unprompted. For context, my partner and I are an obviously gay couple, and we flew in to Chicago from Denver to rent…
