The camper will always be clean and ready to go for pick up or drop off. We will always be easy to contact while on your trip to answer any questions or help with the “how to”. We are willing to drop it off in the surrounding areas for an additional fee. If you select pick up, you will be asked to confirm your vehicles make and model, and that you have a 7-pin connector with an integrated break controller on your dash before your booking request is approved. Any other questions don’t hesitate to ask! Happy camping! Recommendations: Make sure to use provided leveling block to level out camper before putting down stabilizers. Open and close slide out until you hear just a few clicks. Other Things TO Note: Absolutely no smoking. While using the bathroom please limit the amount of toilet waste used in toilet per flush to not clog the gravity hole. Failure to dump, or add the dump fee on as an add on, will result in a $50 fee applied to your security deposit.   This was the best Outdoorsy rental unit we have rented. Melisa and Dana were great to work with, very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for a great trip. We will definitely keep them in mind for future rentals in/around the Chicagoland area.

  We had a fantastic experience with Melisa and Dana. The camper was clean, comfortable, and had every possible amenity. They responded immediately to all our communication and made everything easy for us to enjoy the rental. They were very accommodating and super easy to work with. I would highly recommend renting with them and would rent with them again in the future.

  We were first time camper trailer campers and this rental experience was awesome! We were able to use our vehicle to transport the trailer almost 200 miles and spent two nights settled at a camp site. There were so many amenities available in the trailer that we could’ve packed a lot lighter than we did! Communication was great as well and we really appreciated the whole experience. Would rent again without question!

  Absolutely amazing couple to work with. My family really enjoyed the trailer for the holiday weekend. Not only was the camper itself beautiful but they had it fully stocked for us to be able to really kick back, relax, and enjoy our camping trip. Will definitely rent from them again, as my husband is already trying to plan our next trip. Thanks again for everything! The Kanes really know how to be amazing hosts!
