With this Kodiak Ultimate unit you will appreciate the modern conveniences and features that have been included, such as an exterior TV bracket, a solar charging port, LED lights over the stabilizer jacks, and an outside sprayer. Inside, the USB charging ports will keep all of your electronics charged for the whole trip, and the LED motion light in the bathroom will help to provide an efficient use of electricity. You can expect to travel with a greater peace of mind in a Kodiak Ultimate What's included Camper will be delivered and set up and leveled at site- electric, propane, water and sewer all connected if available. Generator charges apply. Other things to note There is no smoking,pets or drugs allowed in unit. A $500 fee will be added in the case there is. The $80cleaning fee is for the entire rental time period. There will be an additional $100 cleaning fee in the case the unit is left excessively dirty. The $500 security deposit is only to help cover any damages done and if the unit is still in the same fashion structurally as it was prior to renting, the deposit will be fully refunded with no hassle guaranteed.   Dave is a fantastic host. Camper was super clean and came with everything needed to have a fun time. We chose for Dave to deliver and pick up the camper. Money well spent as I don't have a tow vehicle. Would definitely book with Dave again.

  The owner was amazing & messaged me his cell for any questions we had during our stay (which we did and he was so quick to respond). The camper is very modern, was decorated nice for fall, & was very easy for us! We will definitely be using him again!
