29 ft , sleeps 6 comfortably. This rv is in excellent condition. Comes with all the amenities you would expect. Outdoor kitchen, tv and shower. Automatic awning with lighting. Over the cab bunkbed. *Bedding and bathing supplies are not provided.* We are willing to deliver within 30 miles. Delivery outside 30 miles can be considered for an additional fee. Please contact us for more details! *sorry but no towing allowed* *1 week minimum rental December to March* RV has been winterized What's included This Coachmen has a Safety Plus steering stabilizer along with Sumo suspension springs for added comfort, drivability and safety. We also have a Tire Pressure Monitoring System that tracks each tire on the Coach. We replaced the 2 front tires in April 2024 for top of the line Michelins. We can provide almost anything needed to make your camping experience effortless! Just ask! Other things to note No smoking. Pets must be approved in advance. No towing. Awnings: We discourage the usage of the exterior awnings. This is for your protection because they are $1200 to replace (up to $5000 for the automatic one I have) and can be damaged very easily due to weather or accidental misuse. Awnings ARE NOT COVERED by insurance. Damage to awnings, including damage while driving (tree, tollroad, etc) are 100% your responsibility and could exceed your security/damage deposit amount.
