What's included Camping Chairs (2), Outdoor rug, outdoor griddle, Kitchen ware (dishes, pots/pans, mixing bowls, silverware, Cups, kitchen utensils), Keurig coffee maker, fresh linens, Towels and wash cloths, 2 rolls of toilet paper and paper towels (We recommend bringing extra toilet paper for your stay. Please just make sure that its single ply paper.) 12 volt refrigerator and freezer, LED TV, Everything you will need to hookup electric, water, leveling the camper and black/gray tank dumping will be provided for you. We also will provide you with Anderson weight distribution hitch. We do offer Delivery and pickup within a 40 mile radius for additional charge.   We loved renting this trailer from Stephen! He was a wonderful host - always quick to respond to needs or questions, friendly, thoughtful, and helpful. The trailer itself was fantastic as well - I've never seen so much storage in such a well-designed small space! I'd give more than five stars if I could - we would absolutely rent from them again!

  Stephen and his wife were great to work with. The RV is a great size for just the two of us. I love the Murphy bed, which gives us even more space during the daytime.

  Steven was a great host to work with. He gave us all the information about the RV before we left. He took time to help with explaining how everything worked, how to hitch up the truck, and how to navigate any issues that could come up. He and his wife were so friendly and helpful. We would love to camp with them again.
