Welcome to the little oasis! It has bunk beds, the dinette area turns into a sleeper area and we have a queen bed. We have a metal table that can be used for outside, card and outdoor games, cooking utensils. Almost full size fridge. It’s perfect for a couple or small family to enjoy taking the kiddos out. Tv inside that you can hook up to the hdmi cord. Electric and gas. Toilet, shower and sink in bathroom. Electric awning even for the rainy days. We have a generator if you need for a small hourly rate as well I case you are more off grid. We have two canoes you can add as an extra fee as well as a Smokless fire pit in case your site doesn’t have an area for a campfire. Of course you need to be able to cook some s’mores!

  Bailey was very easy to communicate with. I few in from out of state with my family. We reserved our listing with Bailey a few months before we came down. Bailey communicated with me the whole time. He reassured me that if there was any issues to contact him. My family and I enjoyed our stay. My wife liked how clean the trailer was. When we come back down we will for sure contact Bailey again.
