Lightweight Popup with All Essentials! Small but Spacious! 2010 Rockwood

About this RV

We recently acquired this 2010 Rockwood popup camper. It has been kept in a covered storage unit almost its entire life, and is in nice condition! At only 1,347 lbs. (dry weight), it’s a breeze to use and fun to camp with! Nice propane powered furnace for cold nights! Convenient pickup/drop off location right off I-95 on your way up to camping in Maine! Connect to 2" ball. Either 4 way or 7 way wiring for lights. 12' long closed and 17' long open. Sleeps up to 4 or 5 people, especially if kids can share beds. Sleeps 3 adults comfortably. Has a gas powered furnace, refrigerator, and range, and electric heater to boot! The refrigerator also can run on electric. Pick up time is 3 pm or later and drop off by 9 am (we can usually be flexible on timing but please arrange in advance if possible). It's helpful to get the roof height to just the right adjustment so that the door will open and close correctly. FAQ - What's included? Basic cookware. Normal use of the onboard propane and 12V battery is included. If you plan to use a lot of propane, please let us know ahead of time. We will do our best to have the tank at least 1/4 full before your trip. In case it does run out during your rental, we will be happy to reimburse you for a filling/swapping out the tank as long as you can provide a receipt. Linens can be provided for a fee, please contact us in advance. If you are booking with delivery, we prefer to avoid Saturdays and Sundays, so please contact us in advance to make arrangements.

  Daniel was very helpful throughout the process and beyond. Quick to respond, knew how to solve the few initial issues we had. The camper was easy to set up by following some youtube examples, and it was very comfortable. Very good in the rain, didn't leak anywhere, during the hotter days, opening the windows gave us plenty of ventilation.
