This well maintained 2018 Mesa Ridge lite with a unique layout is perfect for your next family vacation or adult getaway. Located in beautiful Grand Traverse County, just 20 minutes from downtown Traverse City. Our trailer is equipped with a very private and spacious master bedroom located at the front of the trailer, which is large enough to walk around both side of the bed. There you will find a large queen camper bed with a very comfortable foam mattress topper, two night stands with storage and a large storage compartment above. The kitchen/living area includes a large slide out with two comfortable recliners and a large convertible dinette. The kitchen includes a double sink, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and a three burner range with an oven. This camper also provides an small outdoor kitchenette with a mini fridge, small burner and a sink. The trailer can sleep 8, but we would recommend 6 to be comfortable. We host the famous National Cherry Festival the first week of July. Traverse City is home to numerous lakes, beaches, hiking, kayaking, wineries and fabulous restaurants. It is a short distance to beautiful Empire where you can find kayaking, hiking and the famous sleeping bear dunes. Make sure your camping spot can accommodate the length of the trailer 28ft. If we can't park due to inaccurate site, there will be no refunds. Other things to note -We deliver and set up within 30 miles of Traverse City, MI. -We do our best to have your rented camper delivered and setup between 3pm-5pm. -There is a dumping fee of $50 for bookings that do not have full hook up. -Have trash emptied, floor swept, dishes clean and put away and ready for pick up by 10am. -No smoking (violation of this & you will be charged $500. -If any damage or missing items they will be replaced out of your security deposit. -We ask that you cook bacon outside.
