About this RV

Our unit is a Coachman Spirit Ultra-lite 2963 BH. It has a very nice open layout, with large windows to enjoy the views, and a separate entry door from the outside for the bathroom. The kitchen sports a spacious refrigerator as well as freezer. The large screen TV is positioned so that it is viewable from either the foot rest recliners or the dinette/convertible bed. The separate master suite with a space saving sliding door has a queen size 10" memory foam mattress which lifts up for ample storage. An outdoor kitchen with minifridge and sink is set alongside outdoor speakers so you can enjoy the outdoors in style under the power awning. The unit comes loaded with approximately 50 gallons of fresh water. We dump waste water at the end of your stay at no extra charge. For longer stays we include a smart tote so you can manage waste if needed, or for an additional charge we can come to you and empty the tanks. Delivery, Setup, and Pickup are included in the delivery charge. We deliver and setup our RV to the campsite or location of your choosing within 50 miles of Indian River, Michigan. We will walk you through operation, and are available to answer any questions you may have. *Please note that delivery distance with RV share is hard calculate - if your location is extremely high in price or you want a quote issued please message me and I can provide a quote*. The RV is equipped with: 1 Queen Memory Foam bed Dinette that converts into bed 2 bunks - 220lb maximum capacity each 42" Flat Screen TV Stove with oven Refrigerator Freezer Pantry Radio with inside/outside speakers Bathroom with separate outside entry Outdoor Kitchen Max-Air Vents - allows airflow in all conditions including rain Amenities: Bedding and Pillows for 6 People Pots and Pans Coffee Pot Toaster Dishes Bowls and serving items Silverware Cooking utensils Dish towels and cloths Bathroom Hand Towels Vacuum Broom and dustpan Cleaning Supplies Four Camping Chairs Yard-zee yard game Board and card games Smart Tote for liquid waste disposal Rules: • Unit and all items used must be cleaned and returned as they were when the unit is delivered - this includes washing any dishes used (you do not need to launder bedding, towels, washrags etc). • Our unit is Pet Friendly - but please do not leave pets unattended. • Please clean up after your pets including pet hair (its an easy to clean unit and everyone has been wonderful thank you!) • All garbage and other articles must be removed before pickup of unit. • No smoking. • If you are rustic camping, only a generator with an inverter will be allowed to be connected to the unit. • You may not move the unit for any reason. If the unit is required to move, you must contact us. Additional Fees may apply. • Toilet paper is included, however if you bring your own make sure it is RV safe Frequently Asked Questions Q: Are you permitted with the State of Michigan to deliver to state parks? A: Yes, we have our current commercial permit in place with the DNR and are allowed to deliver into state parks. Q: Do you include water in the tank? A: Yes, approximately 50 gallons will be loaded into the fresh water tank when delivered Q: Can we bring our own bedding? A: Yes. If you wish to bring your own bedding, please let us know when booking and we will remove ours to clear space. Q: Do you include a mat/rug? A: We do not include an outdoor camping rug. Indoor mats/rugs are included. Q: Do you include bath towels? A: We do not include bath towels, cloths, or toiletries. Q: Do we have to do the laundry? A: No, it is included in the rental. There are several sets of sheets included. Q: Do you provide a generator? A: No, there is no generator. I prefer to have an available 30amp power outlet, but if you plan to use a generator it MUST be an inverter generator only. A standard generator is not allowed to be used. Q: Do we have to pay for the campground fees? A: Yes, this is for the unit rental only. You are responsible for your own bookings. Q: Do you deliver farther? A: Possibly but I usually like to keep the distance close enough that I can assist if there is a problem.
