It comfortably sleeps 6 with a king-size bed and a full-size bed, and two couch beds. Tires are in good shape and this camper is very easy to set up. I have videos/tutorials how to set everything up if needed. Features: -air conditioning -brand new winch -mini fridge -two burner outside/inside stove -out side shower connection -hot water option for sink (clean dishes) -furnace/heater -attractive interior Very easy to tow, can tow this with virtually any vehicle. You can’t go wrong with taking this camper anywhere, from Nordhouse Dunes to the wonderful U.P.! Other things to note 2” ball needed. You will need to provide your own pillows, sheets, towels, toiletries, cleaning products, utensils, food & drink, games, outdoor activities, canopy tent, and/or any extras you want!

  From start to finish, the trip and experience was fantastic. Great communication, easy pickup/drop-off and the camper was great during!! A couple of storms (one huge one) but we were dry and no issues whatsoever!
