Camper was perfect. Ron explained everything in detail and made it easy. Will rent again

Communication was great and owner was very nice and responsive and helpful. Unfortunately the process to obtain the insurance was a complete nightmare (due to the renting platform they use, not the owner's fault) and took a lot of time on my end to get sorted out and was beyond frustrating. The entire experience was enjoyable. My wife and two young kids rented the mobile home and took it up north and stayed in 3 different RV parks. This was our first experience and Ron made in enjoyable by answering any questions we had about the RV pre-trip and during the trip. The RV was in great condition and we had no issues with it. Highly recommended.
