Fully stocked! Very Flexible Pick UP AND Drop OFF Times!! Come see why this is one of Rockwood's most popular models in travel trailers! And it tows so easily! You will forget you are towing a trailer! Our trailer also comes with a backup camera to make it even easier to drive, back up and to park! The camera even has night vision! The Rockwood Geo Pro 16BH has two single bunks in the rear and a large U-shaped dinette in the front. The U-shaped Dinette also doubles as a 54 by 82 inch bed making up multiple sleeping areas for a small family that is ready to camp. A large slide off the kitchen creates a lot of room in this Bunkhouse, and is super lightweight, which is also capable of being towed by today’s smaller SUVs. For the camper that enjoys inside comforts, but also loves to explore the great outdoors, this is the one! Cook all of your meals inside on the slide out kitchen, or you can head outside to whip up a meal using the gas griddle (or both!). The full bathroom allows you to wash up after a fun day outdoors without having to use the campsite's facilities, and it even has a tiny bathtub for kiddy tub time! The shower is well over 6 1/2 feet tall! Or clean up with the outdoor shower. TV with DVD player. Large Refrigerator and Freezer and has a Bluetooth stereo. The kids will love it!!! And the bunk beds are big and strong enough to handle adults! (I'm 6 foot and can easily sleep in the bunks!) Each bunk comes with its own light, storage shelves, and its own set of USB chargers for your kids' electronics. With a roof mounted 13,500 BTU air conditioning, it will keep you so cool on the hottest summer days! No more hot summer nights camping! Make some memories with this great Travel Trailer! You won't be disappointed! You will need a 7pin electrical connection, and if your tow vehicle doesn't have a brake controller, you will need to rent ours ( it's extremely easy to use) What's included *WHAT IS INCLUDED* Rear mounted back up camera and monitor. Mattress protectors/fitted sheets. (Bring your own pillows/blankets please) 2 inch cooling gel foam mattress pad 2 folding chairs Plates, bowls, drinking glasses, silverware (4 each) 2 Coffee Cups ( please bring your own coffee maker) Paper towels (2 rolls) Toilet paper (4 rolls) Spatula and big cooking spoon 2 cooking pans, and one 3qt pot Stabilizer blocks Anderson leveling wheel blocks 25 ft drinking hose 25 ft black hose 4 bath towels Sewer hose and extender 30 amp cord w/surge protector Water pressure regulator Fresh water fill valve 1 - 20lb propane tank 4 wheel chocks Lighter for gas grill 2 floor mats Magnetic small level Dish soap and sponge All set up supplies Can opener Potato Peeler Black and grey tank hose and cleaning supplies Weight Distribution hitch and sway bar (if needed) Telescoping S'mores roasting sticks Broom and dustpan Cleaning Supplies Mixing Bowl Recommendations You can take this Mighty bunkhouse trailer anywhere! It is so easy to tow and park! KOA campgrounds Jellystone Park Campgrounds Wolverine Campground Holly State recreation area Proud lake state recreation area Oakland county Addison oaks Pontiac lake state recreation area Brighton recreation area Burt lake state recreation area We have a cottage up in northern Michigan (Petoskey area) and have been to all the campgrounds, and even into the Upper Peninsula with this trailer! Burt Lake State Park is awesome! So is Mackinac City and Petoskey State Park! Zoo's! You can leave (go to the Geo Pro and eat and cool off) and then go back in! Cedar Point as well!!! Rent our generator and go boondocking anywhere you like! Other things to note Please no smoking! If we detect smoke smell, or is returned excessively dirty or smelly, we will have it professionally cleaned and you will forfeit your entire security deposit. Please no cooking fish inside! It is so hard to get smells out of these trailers! If you want us to dump and clean the black tanks, no problem. It is a smelly job! But we do charge a $25 black tank cleaning fee! Money well spent! Please return the trailer as clean as you found it, or a $100 extra cleaning fee could be charged. Sometimes the GeoPro goes out the very next day, and we need to have it cleaned fast. A Pet fee of $100. One small pet only please. (Dogs only) This is to cover the cost of additional cleaning. You must have a 7Pin connection for the lights, and you also must have a brake controller (state law), If you do not have a brake controller, we will happily rent you our Bluetooth one. The Trailer weighs around 3,280 pounds, but it does have a heavier hitch/tongue weight (460) lbs. Please make sure your vehicle is safe to tow. Interior damage totaling more than the Security deposit will be charged to the renters! Flexible return policy within reasonable time frame, if it becomes unreasonably late, we will charge 1 extra day.
Mileage, generator-hour and insurance charges, and the cancellation policy, aren't in the listing data we receive; Outdoorsy shows them before you pay.

AMAZING!!! This was our first time renting a trailer and we had incredible experience with it. Gene was very kind and knowledgeable, he took the time to explain every single detail and show us how everything works . The trailer is beautiful and well maintained. Thank you for letting us rent with you and we look forward to doing it again.

This was my first time renting a camper and it was a great experience ! The camper was so nice, organized and clean. On top of that Gene was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was super friendly and very helpful. If I could I’d give it 6 stars :)
