2021 Fleetwood Pace Arrow 35QS

About this RV

Opposing sofa living room layout, drop down bunk, hide-a-bed sofa, king bed in bedroom. Lots of living space, great for traveling. Our family of 6 travel comfortably. Sleeps at least 7, maybe 8-9 depending on the sizes of kiddos. 340hp Cummins diesel. Better fuel economy than gas motorhomes, air ride suspension, exhaust brake, super quiet traveling down the road since the engine is in the rear. Have questions? Just let me know! What's included Linens & towels available (see "Add ons"), camping chairs, smokeless fire ring, exterior rug, coffee maker, cooking utensils and pots/pans. Has 4 total TVs, lots of sleeping options, a combo washer/dryer and plenty of amenities. Have a question? Just ask! Odds are we can likely accommodate your needs. Recommendations Contact me with any and all questions! Other things to note Absolutely no smoking. Pets are welcome if they are well behaved (e.g. won't chew up furniture, etc.). This is a pretty decent sized RV. Experience driving something like it is helpful, but not absolutely required. I can take you on a bit of a practice drive if you like.
