This KZ Durango Gold 382MBQ Mid bunk room fifth wheel is the perfect setup needed for a family looking to camp in style. With KZ being one of the higher end manufactures in the market today, this unit will not disappoint! You get the best of both worlds with plenty of living space with a bunkhouse, and a rear patio to boot! 4 Slide outs, 2 Electric Awnings, Outdoor entertainment, large living are with seating for all, TV above electric fire place, large luxury kitchen with huge stainless steel sink, built in dishwasher, full sized range, residential refrigerator, and ample counter space! The bathroom features plenty of storage, along with the beautiful one-piece shower with bench and adjustable shower head. Plenty of sleeping arrangements! Master Bedroom: Upgraded king size mattress with power incline. For those cold nights, get cozy with the electric fireplace and enjoy a movie on the included TV! This master also houses the stackable clothes washer and dryer! Loft: Take the stairs to the all amazing queen sized loft. The loft features 120V power to charge those cant live without devices! Bunk Room: Pull-out queen-size couch with tons of storage room available. Living Room: Full-sized pull-out couch, Two standalone recliners in front of the sliding glass door to look out at the enormous outdoor patio! Our camper allows a maximum of 2 dogs. No other animals are allowed. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. In order to fully take advantage of this unit, a 50amp full service site is recommended. If a 30amp electric service is selected, some features of the unit will be inoperable. What's included Supplied is almost everything you need to have a perfect camping experience! Chill out with the provided camping chairs, on the supplied outdoor mat, listening to music on the outdoor/indoor audio system! Other things that are included in the rig are: Full Kitchen Utensils, Pots, Pans, Silverware, Spices, Keurig coffee pot, Toaster, Blender, some spices etc... Bathroom towels and wash clothes. Limited Bedroom linens are supplied, with Extra Pillows and some blankets. Renter must bring extra bedding such as comforters and blankets for bunk and pull-out couches. Enjoy some down time playing a few board games or a deck of cards! Also supplied is Trash Cans, Vacuum, Broom, cleaning supplies, small propane Grill, outdoor table and RV specific toilet paper. RENTERS ARE REQUIRED TO PURCHASE THE INTERIOR PROTECTION PACKAGE INSURANCE FOR THIER TRIP. A TRIP WILL NOT BE APPROVED WITHOUT THE PACKAGE. RENTERS WILL NEED TO RESERVE SITE AT A CAMPGROUND THAT IS LARGE ENOUGH TO HANDLE A 40 FOOT LONG 5TH WHEEL, 14 FEET TALL. RENTERS WILL PROVIDE OWNERS WITH CAMP CONTACT AND LOT NUMBER 1 WEEK PRIOR TO RENTAL. THERE WILL BE A $100 CLEANING/PREP FEE. AND A $50 WASTE ELIMINATION FEE IF SITE DOES NOT HAVE SEWER HOOKUP. THERE WILL BE FREE DELIVERY UP TO 30 MILES OF ITS HOME. ANYTHING BEYOND THAT WILL BE AN EXTRA $2.00/MILE ***RV OWNER RIGHT TO CANCEL AT DELIVERY IF SITE IS NOT ACCESSABLE WITHOUT A REFUND. YOU NEED TO MAKE SURE THAT YOUR SITE IS ACCESSABLE FOR THIS RV. THE HEIGHT OF THE CAMPER IS 13 FEET 8 INCHES AND OWNER WILL NOT DRIVE DOWN A ROAD OR PATH THAT HAS LOW HANGING TREES OR 2 TRACK ROADS.   John was amazing! He arrived an hour before us and got the RV set up on our campsite. He also set up tables, rugs and a grill for us outside. Outdoor chairs we also included! When we arrived he gave us a tour of the RV and showed us how everything worked. This camper is stocked with everything you need! Next time I will pack way less of my own stuff!!! We will be renting from John again for sure!
