There is no better way to explore the Flathead Valley and Glacier National Park than living a life of freedom on the road! Our mother-daughter team was on the hunt for the freedom and versatility that van life brings. We eventually found Fernie Ann and knew she was full of potential. We renovated Fernie Ann this year, and she is ready to hit the road! Fernie Ann is a 2006 Ford Econoline Chariot conversion van. She has lowered floors and raised ceilings for an inside clearance of 5'7". Fernie is able to travel the "Going to the Sun" road as she meets length requirements! Fernie Ann has a large fridge, a generator (with solar panels for recharging off-the-grid), kitchen area and countertop, Apple Play, rotating captain's chair, removable camp stove, portable toilet, fans, laminate floors, a full sized memory foam bed (super comfortable!) and plenty of storage. Please read below to see all that is included in your rental- we will happily offer personalized recommendations! We are locals who love to camp, climb, and hike. What's included Full size bed with fresh linens, blankets and pillows Apple Play/bluetooth with remote Camping chairs (x2) Camp Table Hammock Generator (Fully charged when you pick it up, and you can recharge through car battery while driving, standard electric outlet ((we provide extension cord or solar panels) Cookware Collapsible sink Portable toilet Utensils (including corkscrew and can opener) Cutting board Place settings Coleman 2 burner Camp stove Fridge 6 gal Water jug (we will fill it up for you!) Playing Cards Cribbage board Card games Headlamps Detachable table inside Fernie for cards/meals or computer Guidebook (and personalized recommendations from locals who love to hike, climb, and camp:) Beach towels (2) Dishwashing supplies Food storage containers as well as baggies and trash bags Salt and pepper First Aid Kit Portable battery charger Emergency roadside kit Portable Fans (2) Fire Extinguisher CO2/Smoke Detector Battery operated puck lights Butane lighter Headlamps (2) Broom and dust pan Jack and Tire Iron Bungee cords Tote bags Bowls with lids Coffee Percolator Dish soap/sponge Napkins and paper towels Cutting boards Mugs Cups Dish towels Measuring cups Insulated custom window coverings Delivery and pickup for a fee upon request. Recommendations We live in one of the best places in the country to take a van. There are endless campsites in and around Glacier National Park, Hungry Horse Reservoir, the Bob Marshall Wilderness, Lake Koocanusa, and around Flathead Lake. We have plenty of recommendations for beautiful campsites and hikes. We are happy to help you plan your trip in our wonderful area! Other things to note NO festivals and NO smoking. Please let us know if you would like to add on a tent or additional chairs to the rental.
Mileage, generator-hour and insurance charges, and the cancellation policy, aren't in the listing data we receive; Outdoorsy shows them before you pay.

We had so much fun with Fernie! Pretty good space for the 2 of us, comfy bed, and great amenities. They provided a good amount of stuff that was so helpful to not have to buy, and loved having kitchen and camp supplies. It was so helpful to be able to make breakfast and lunch at the trail, picture of our sunrise breakfast at Logan Pass ❤️

Fernie Ann the camper van was wonderful! It was easy to drive and there was a lot of good space. The bed was comfortable for us. The small amenities provided were awesome. They had trash bags, for started, a lighter, ziplock bags, paper towels, etc. it was really nice not to have to buy those things for 1 trip!! We loves being able to take our "home" everywhere with us. It was wonderful!

Fernie van was a such a great way to see glacier! We loved having everything we needed with us as we went from the west side, to the north fork and then to the east. The bed was super comphy with plenty of room for us 2 short girlies and the van came equippedwith just about everything we needed. Communication was fast, all my questions and concerns were either answered in the into video or with a quick direct text…
