About this RV

Come camp in the Four Corners region with our 20' travel trailer. Camper is barely used and ready for action. So much to see and do in close proximity! Hiking, biking, water sports, fishing, National Parks, National Monuments, mountains, desert. Whatever experience you are looking for, this area has it! Not sure where to go or what to do? Just ask and we can help point you in the right direction! Camper is light enough to be pulled with most mid-size SUVs and up. It has trailer brakes so a brake controller is Required to pull this. A 7 pin connector and 2 5/16" ball are required also (hitch can be included if you do not have one). Trailer is a bunk style (2 twin bunks) with front RV queen mattress and dinette that makes into a bed. 5 person max, though 4 would be more comfortable. Bedding for queen included. Sheets and pillows for bunks included (need own blanket/sleeping bag for bunks). Stove and oven inside with propane stove included for all your cooking needs. Kitchen is equipped with cookware, utensils, coffee maker, etc. Some spices and seasonings as well. Bathroom with toilet and shower. RV toilet paper included and required for use. Lots of storage space for your gear under the bottom bunk with access door outside. Awning for shade (powered, less fuss!). Please retract awning when not using camper or when windy. If you are hooked up at a campground, microwave and air conditioner are available as well. Solar panel will power lights, inverter, refrigerator and heater for off grid adventures. Two propane tanks will run heater, stove/oven, and hot water heater. Tanks come full with rental. 33 gallon freshwater, grey and black tanks. Use fresh water wisely for more than 3 night trips without hookups. Wifi Range extender boosts internet signal where available (. Stabilizing jacks at each corner to keep camper from rocking. If you don't want to deal with dumping the tanks, add on the tank dump fee for additional convenience! What's included Bedding: Fresh sheets, pillow cases, pillows, comforter, extra blankets. Kitchen: Pots/pans, French press for coffee, utensils, dish soap, dinnerware for 4, some seasonings, olive oil, rags and hand towels. Bathroom: 2 large towels, hand towels, wash cloths, RV rated toilet paper Some games including chess, backgammon, cards, Yahtzee. Can include outdoor table and chairs if needed. If there is something you think you may want/need please let me know and I will try to accommodate. Airport pickup from Durango or Cortez can be arranged for additional fee. Delivery and pickup within 65 miles can be arranged for additional fee dependent on availability. Recommendations San Juan National Forest, Rio Grande National Forest, Mesa Verde, Moab, Silverton, Animas River, Rio Grande River, San Juan River, Piedra River, Lemon Reservoir, Vallecito Reservoir, Navajo Reservoir, McPhee Reservoir, Telluride, Ouray, Creede, Gunnison, Crested Butte, Canyon of the Ancients, Bears Ears National Monument. Opportunities are endless in this area. Mountain biking, hiking, hunting, fishing, water sports (rafting, paddleboarding, kayaking, tubing, boating, etc.) and more. Other things to note Pickup and drop off times are flexible. I try to work with you as best I can, but I do work a full time job as well, so some times may not be available or back to back bookings may change the times available. Pets considered upon request (no pets allowed to be left unattended in RV). NO climbing on roof. Message me about trailer brake controller requirements please. Must dump tanks before returning unless dump fee is paid. Only RV safe toilet paper to be used and nothing else put down toilet. NO SMOKING. RV must be returned "clean", it does not need to be spotless, but clean up after yourself including trash, removing linens from mattresses and a general wipe down. This is our personal camper, so please treat it as if it were your own.
