Ken was very responsive. We ended up having a mechanical problem with our personal tow vehicle which was unrelated to the trailer. Ken helped us locate a mechanic and deal with the trailer while we were sorting things out. I have no hesitation from renting from Ken again....the trailer was great but the customer support was world class.

Great experience, the owner was very helpful in answering all our questions. Easy to pick up and drop off. Definitely worth the money we spent.

Great first time experience! Ken was very thorough and helpful - taught me everything I needed to know to hook up, set up and tear down. The travel trailer we rented was clean and ready for us to use - great service and great fun!

Great experience working with Ken. He was responsive and flexible in making our last minute rental request work. He got everything set up and the Trailer was super nice and clean. Will rent from Ken again!
