For Delivery Only - not available for towing. The Arcadia boasts modern camping with all the creature comforts of home. This camper will comfortably sleep four adults, or two adults and up to three small children. There are two AC units, as well as a propane furnace for chillier spring and fall nights. The retractable awning above the door provides shade and additional outdoor comforts. The upstairs bedroom has a California King bed, walk-in closet, and 32" Smart TV with additional storage drawers under the bed and also in the closet. The bathroom has a RV-style porcelain toilet, spacious shower with handheld shower head, and plenty of storage in the linen closet and under the sink. Bedroom and bathroom linens are provided, as well as complimentary toiletries for your stay. In the main living area, there is ample counter space in the kitchen with all the staple items needed to cook a great meal. The fridge has two compartments for the freezer and one large double-door compartment for the fridge, easily holding a week or two of food at a time. A separate pantry has a small coffee bar and small appliances (toaster, kettle, mixer, immersion blender). There is a full-size microwave and propane camper oven/stove combo with three burners. The living area has a 50" TV with an Amazon Fire stick and a collection of DVDs suitable for all ages. There are two theater style reclining and heated massage chairs with USB power, under seat lighting, cup holders, and a wireless charging spot between the seats. The larger sofa folds out into a king size bed (two adults comfortably, could fit several smaller children) for families or friends. In the cabinets above the sofa, there are several board and card games available for use. The electric fireplace under the TV can work as a heater, or as a fan with the lighted flame effect in blue, purple, or orange. The dining table has two chairs, with two folding chairs stored behind the theater seats. There are also two large folding TV trays. Provided in the camper are dishes for four, with an additional dish set for small children.   This RV is stunningly beautiful and immaculate. Chelsea was extremely easy to work with. We had a wonderful experience. The bed does take a bit of work to get out of, but, is very comfortable. The shower is also a good size and has a seat for those who need to shower seated. We camped next to friends and ended up in our RV more than their's because of the size of the living area.
