She offers all the comforts of home including a comfortable bed with high thread count sheets and lots of pillows and blankets for snuggling. Boondocking (dry camping) is no problem with a 36 gal fresh water tank, 14.2 propane tank capacity, and dual batteries for all your comforts at your finger tips. Bring your cookie dough as our oven makes the best cookies in the camp ground. Our trailer features a roll-out canopy with LED blue lighting for festive and soothing exterior lighting for outdoor dinning or just star gazing in the evening. You will find ample storage in this trailer with custom aftermarket locking pull-out storage bins and lots of overhead storage. Our refrigerator/freezer are two separate compartments, so keeping your ice cream well frozen won't be an issues. This rig also offers a double sink, microwave, ventilation heater, air conditioner, dining table, exterior cargo rack and a great hot water heater for nice hot showers. What's included --- For your safety we will include a Anti-Sway bar hitch. --- A Bluetooth trailer brake controller available to use at no extra charge. --- Delivery and pick-up available within 75 miles as an addon if needed. --- We offer you a fully stocked kitchen with a full set of non-stick pots and pans, Pyrex, cooking utensils, cups, glasses, Corelle dishes, a wine bottle opener, a French coffee press. --- We have also provided high-quality bath towels. --- Nice kitchen towels, a dish scrubber and dish soap. --- Two extra sleeping bags. --- Included are two folding camp chairs for your outdoor relaxation. --- You will also find several rolls of RV toilet paper. For an extended stay more can be provided as an addon if needed or come prepared with more (RV Toilet paper only). Recommendations Here in the Northwest there are a bounty of places to choose for your camping adventure. We are two hours from the ocean, two hours from the high desert and two hours from beautiful Mt. Hood National Forest. Crater Lake, Hells Canyon, Gold Beach and even local campgrounds such as Battleground Lake Campground are beautiful places to visit. Other things to note OUR ONLY REQUEST IS TO TAKE GOOD CARE OF HER AND HAVE LOT"S OF FUN. ENJOY!! --- Please no smoking. [$150 minimum charge plus cleaning fee if evidence of smoking is found in the trailer] --- Please no sitting on counter tops or stove top. --- Please do not wear shoes or wet clothing on beds and sofa to avoid stains and additional cleaning fee's. --- Please no climbing on the roof. --- Please only dogs or cats only, max two pets under 50lbs. each. --- As per Outdoorsy's policy, off-road driving is not permitted. (Gravel paths okay) --- Please no traveling to Mexico. --- Renters are responsible for any issues that arise that were not caused by normal wear and tear. --- Renter is responsible for emptying the Black water tank, gray water tank upon return. OPTION: WE DUMP THE TANKS -Bring the tanks back full and we will take care of the dirty work; $175/ea. (included in addon's) --- Renters are expected to return the trailer cleaned. All the dishes washed, dried and put away. Counters wiped and sanitized, trash removed and a reasonable effort to sweep out dirt and leaves. If the trailer interior is not in similar condition to the condition at pick-up a cleaning fee will apply at a minimum of $100 plus $60/hr. Some cleaning supplies and broom will be included. --- Owners will take care of the bedding and sheets and wash exterior of the trailer. --- Please allow plenty of time us to walk around and perform our pre check out and instructions at the time of pick-up. --- Pick-up and return time can be agreed upon before departure, if returned late $50/hr. may be applied.

  The camper was clean, smelled nice, and was spacious due to the slide out. The trailer towed easy because of the size and still had plenty of room for my young family of four. Also, the owner has the trailer fully stocked with everything needed for camping.
