This trailer can be set up in minutes, so you can spend more time having fun on your vacation. Surveyor RVs are known for their true 4 season capabilities, meaning you can enjoy the outdoors all year long. It has a heater, AC, power tongue jack and plenty of underbelly storage space. and an outdoor shower. There is a full-length electric awning, an outdoor kitchen equipped with 2-burner stove, sink, compact refrigerator, and countertop space. The kitchen is loaded with all the cookware and dining-ware you will need. It has a 3-burner stove, microwave, freezer, refrigerator, pantry, and ample countertop space. The living space of the main room has a large slide out that makes the trailer feel open and comfortable. Containing a large u-shaped dining table and couch. There’s also a 48” smart TV that can be viewed from anywhere in the living space. The bathroom comes with a tub/shower, sink with plenty of countertop space, and cabinets for all your toiletries. You can rest in the private master bedroom, which features two pocket doors. Fall right to sleep in the plush memory foam queen bed. Equipped with double closets, and tons of storage for your wardrobe, you can make sure that you have everything you need for your home away from home. You can also “Netflix and Chill” on an additional 36” smart TV right in your master bedroom. This unique trailer is designed with the bunkhouse on the opposite end of the master bedroom, allowing for some separation of sound between you and the kids. The bedroom has two sets of bunkbeds (4 beds in total). Between the bunkbeds, are cabinets and drawers for your family’s wardrobe as well. We love taking our trailer out on family trips and hope you will too! New to camping? No worries! We’ll give you a thorough explanation and walk through of how to use the RV so you feel comfortable on your first trip. What's included WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING/HAVE TO SUCCESSFULLY RENT THIS RV? • Current Driver’s license for ID verification – will check upon pick-up • Class 4 or higher receiver (We provide the weight distribution hitch) • A half-ton truck or SUV capable of towing 8500 lbs or more • Personal items (clothing, toiletries, desired bedding) • Food/drinks/cooler WHAT DON’T I NEED TO BRING? • Bathroom towels and bed linens • Dishes: Plates, bowls, cups, coffee cups, silverware, knives, cutting board, mixing bowls, tea kettle, dish towels, pots, Keurig (K-Cup Coffee and tea with cream and sugar) • Pans, spatulas, strainer, baking dishes, oven mitts • Plastic wrap, tin foil, garbage bags-large and small, sandwich baggies, gallon-size storage bags • Dish soap, sponges, drainer • Camping chairs and one bundle of firewood included If you don't have a way to tow it, no problem! We can deliver it to your campsite, set it up, and tow it away after your trip is over (see "Add-ons" for details/fees).
