About this RV

Peace of mind, every mile: Pick up and return: Full tanks (propane, gas) and dumped tanks are all we ask. Treat our home on wheels with care, just like yours. We'll take care of the rest! Keeping it clean: No need to stress about cleaning fees. Just leave it how you found it, and we'll handle the light cleanup. However, if it's excessively dirty or the tanks are full, there might be an extra charge. Fur-tastic adventures: We welcome responsible pet owners! Crates are available upon request, and please don't leave your furry friends unattended. Smoke-free zone: Let's keep the air fresh and the deposit intact! Absolutely no smoking or vaping is allowed. Delivery options: Contact us to check availability and schedule your delivery within our work hours (Mon-Fri, 8 am-5 pm). We offer a 50% discount for early pick-up the night before if our work schedule interferrs with your vacation plan, just let us know so we can adjust accordingly! Unfortunately, the insurance for the extra day is third party and can not be waived. Weekends are more flexible, so reach out and we'll work something out. Equipped for fun: Your home away from home: Bedding, towels, dishes, cookware, camp chairs – we've got it all! We aim to have essentials like paper products stocked, but feel free to let us know if you need specific items. Don't be shy, we have extras! Just say cheese (and towels): Specify how many bed sheets and towels you'll need, and we'll make sure you're cozy and comfortable. Stock up and get reimbursed: Any purchases left with the RV can be reimbursed with receipts. Additional details: We don't charge cleaning or prep fees, but excessive cleaning may incur a charge. Please be mindful of the 2-hour cleaning window. Exceeding it may result in additional fees. For delivery availability and costs, simply send us a message. Burning Man is a no-go, but the rest of the world is your oyster! Minor repairs are welcomed, just keep those receipts handy. Ready to hit the road? Let's chat and start planning your dream RV adventure! Warmly, Michelle and Wayne Ellsworth Skip the prep fees, embrace peace of mind! We believe your vacation should be about making memories, not worrying about upfront costs. That's why your rental comes with two hours of complimentary cleaning and prepping included. After your adventure, simply return the RV in a tidy condition, and you're good to go! Honest & Affordable Post-Rental Charges: Light cleaning: No worries, we understand the outdoors! Just leave the RV in similar condition to how you found it, and that's all. Deeper cleaning needs: If it takes us more than two hours to get the RV back in tip-top shape, a $65/hour cleaning fee will be applied to your deposit. Refueling and waste disposal: We'll gladly handle these essentials for you! Refilling propane and gas is $25 plus cost, and emptying the black/grey tanks is $50. Unexpected repairs: Accidents happen, and we're here to help. Minor repairs with receipts are reimbursed. For more extensive damage, a $65/hour repair fee applies. Laundry service: Opt for fresh linens with our convenient $25 laundry service and skip the packing! Let us handle the washing while you focus on making memories. Transparency & Communication: We believe in clear communication! Before your trip, we'll walk you through everything you need to know about caring for the RV. After your return, we'll promptly assess the RV's condition and contact you if any additional charges apply. We're always available to answer questions and address any concerns you may have. By choosing fair and flexible post-rental charges, you can relax, explore, and create unforgettable memories with us!
