Overall great trip. Rebecca was very accommodating, only downside is the heater didn’t work! Unfortunately i wasn’t in cell service to be able to touch base with her to troubleshoot!

Pickup was easy...we walked around the trailer and went over everything about the trailer. This trailer was comfortable and is well equipped. I used it at an upstate New York campground and it received a lot of compliments. The trailer handles well being towed and I had no issues with it.

The RV was exactly what we needed for staying the weekend at Pocono Raceway for the NASCAR race. It was clean, comfortable and had what we needed for being self contained for 2 nights. Having all the extras included like the grill simplified the experience for us. Rebecca is a great communicator, including during the trip when I had a question. An enjoyable experience overall.

10/10 if I need to rent something again, this would be perfect.
