(We will haul it, set it up, and come back to pick it up and tear it down) • A one bedroom, one bathroom, luxury camper that sleeps 6 comfortably! This camper is good for any place, and any style of camping. Will fit any type of needs while camping! Kid & pet friendly!! *Reservations at campsite must be made by renter! *Will Only Rent TO Raystown Lake Seven Points AND Raystown Lake Resort OR Close Campgrounds! (If you're not sure, please email us or contact us. This is due to high demand of rentals at Raystown Lake area!) What's included Fresh linens, towels, camping chairs, pillows, blankets, folding outside table, etc. *You are responsible for your own groceries. Please remember the fridge and freezer are half the size of what you normally have at a house. We recommend you go to a store once you have arrived and checked in or bring some with you. We will help you find the nearest store! - Roku Tv - Our camper is also setup with a digital keypad for the door with key fobs for wireless locking and unlocking (code provided for door at time of trip). *IF YOU LOSE A KEY FOB, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $50 REPLACEMENT FEE!* Recommendations Raystown lake is a ten minute drive from our location! We'll take the camper to the campsite, set it up for you, and then return and tear everything down for you! Other things to note * Kid & pet friendly! (If pets have accidents in the camper, we will charge for cleanup). *Reservations at campsite must be made by renter! * We haul it. we set it up for you. we tear it down for you. All you need to do is show up to your campsite (that you rent!) *NO SMOKING FOLLOW THE FOLLOWING STEPS! Step 1: Check availability on our site to make sure the dates you wish to camp are open. Step 2: Book your campsite through the campground after you confirmed dates are free with us! Step 3: Book through us once you have booked through the campground. Step 4: Send us all the info of your trip to our email. Step 5: GO CAMPING!

  This RV was perfect for our family of 4 at lake Raystown! The Open floor plan and bigger than normal bathroom. This our 5th year coming up to raystown and renting an RV we usually haul ourselves but the delivery and setup was the best! Connie and her family is very easy to work with they are available 24/7.
