This was our first time A)Renting an RV, and B) roadtripping with an RV. Shawn was very informative, and helpful at pickup, as well as drop off. We had one small issue with the generator during our trip, We called him and he quickly resolved our issue over the phone, and had no other issues the rest of the trip. Will definitely be looking to rent from Shawn again in the future.
