About this RV

Our 5th Wheel RV has 2 bedrooms & 1.5 bathrooms. It Comfortably sleeps 6 people with the availability maybe a couple more on the theater leather recliners (if any of your guests prefer that position.) We purchased this for my in-laws to stay in when they are visiting. It's been hardly used at all. I am very flexible with my longterm rate for 30+ days! * In the living room you will find Five leather theatre recliners with the options of heat AND massage while you relax in front of the electric fireplace & 43" Roku TV!! *The kitchen is equipped with hopefully everything you could need to cook, bake or grill! The coffee station & some tea is available for your use. Enjoy the oversized kitchen island, farm-style sink, & Double door kitchen pantry *The first room has a King size bed with 12' memory foam mattress (cooling gel technology) fitted with 100% cotton hotel quality sheets, pillows, blankets and throws. There is 32" smart TV also! *Past the living room is a private queen/full size bunk room with 10" memory foam Mattresses! It's super cozy in there with a smart TV and a half bathroom. Any guests in here also can enjoy there own entrance! I have books & games scattered throughout the house which you are more than welcome to read at your leisure. We are NOT able to deliver it, you will have to have the proper hitch. Here’s what you need to know: Type of Hitch: Fifth Wheel Hitch (not a gooseneck) Mounting Location: Installed in the bed of a pickup truck, usually over or slightly forward of the rear axle Coupling Mechanism: Uses a kingpin on the camper that locks into the jaw of the fifth wheel hitch in the truck Truck Requirements: -To tow the Arctic Wolf 3770 Suite, you’ll need a 3/4-ton or 1-ton truck (like a Ford F-250/F-350, Ram 2500/3500, or Chevy Silverado 2500HD/3500HD) equipped with: -A properly rated fifth wheel hitch (usually rated 16,000–20,000+ lbs) -A long or short bed (short beds may require a sliding hitch to prevent cab-to-camper contact during tight turns) I always keep bowls for pets under the sink and a leash at the door. Outside there is a leash latch so you can keep your dogs on a lead. If you need anything else for your fur baby, just let me know! Just Please keep them OFF furniture and beds. ***Time-stamped videos are taken prior to each booking so any damages incurred to furniture will result in extra fees unfortunately Just a few of the Outside touches are: 15,000 BTU A/C Cherokee “Step Above” entry step(s) Huge double basement storage Where you will find hoses, games, tools and Tons of space for your belongings! Everything went perfectly well. The 5th wheel was was just as it was described and our hosts were great to deal with.
