Very Comfortable reclining leather sofa with heated and massage functions, queen size residential mattress in one master bedroom,! Secondary master bedroom with 4 bunks that convert in a variety of ways from a king on the bottom and 2 upper bunks, to 2 bunks and a desk or play area. Main queen bed will be equipped with sheets and comforter. Secondary bedroom will have a few extra comforters but need to bring sheets according to how you want it configured (twins or king) pillows for all included. Outside mini fridge, electric awning, outside water hose. Nice and comfortable table for dining inside that converts into sleeping area as well. Oversized refrigerator, HD Smart TV, electric led fireplace,Built in Bluetooth Speakers with upgraded sound system. Microwave, Gas Stove and Oven, toaster, and all utensils included. Loaded with premium features you simply won’t find in a typical travel trailer. We deliver and set up to local areas around the Csra for a $200 all in one fee. This fee includes us delivering, setting up, tear-down, and picking up within 50 miles of Augusta GA. Camper is 33 foot long, so site must be able to accommodate at least this length. Camper does require 50 amps to run both air conditioners but we do have an adapter that converts a double 30 amp to the one 50 amp if needed. Dry docking is allowed in this RV Pick up and travel is allowed as well with experienced RVers.   Being 1st time renters…we had an absolutely great time!! Tommy & Paige provided everything we needed and more. They explained all the features and made sure we were very comfortable. It was clean, well stocked and just what we needed. Both my daughters, my 3 grandkids and myself had a wonderful time!!! Definitely recommend!!!

  As rookies to the camping world we had the best hosts! Very attentive and helped us with some unknowns about camp life… for example… showers can fill the tanks faster than usual if your campsite doesn’t have proper drain systems. Oh and if you pull the recliners away from the wall a bit they recline flat! So cozy! We had a wonderful time. Will rent from Tommy and Paige again!
