***NEW Upgrades for the '24 camping season!*** Including a gaming suite in bunk room with a new 40" TV with DVD player and a WII gaming system, brand new super comfy loveseat recliners in the living area and bathroom upgrades! *Delivery Only* Glamp in style with this luxurious 37 foot Grand Design travel trailer. We have lived the full time RV life and traveled across the country with this RV and have loved every minute of it! This is a great trailer to travel and make memories in! It is perfect for families and is dog friendly! The trailer is spacious and comfortable for all, with 3 slide-outs, a private queen bedroom in front and a separate bunk room in the rear. Large living area in the center featuring a fireplace, kitchen island, spacious kitchen, large pantry and ample storage. Spend time outside and enjoy an outdoor kitchen with a refrigerator, sink and stove while listening to your favorite music on the indoor/outdoor sound system. Rainy day? Too hot outside? No problem! This camper has plenty of room to spread out in and with 3 TV's and separate rooms there is more than enough space for everyone to be comfortable! Sleeping spaces include queen size master bed, queen size pull out couch, 2 twin size bunk beds, 1 single bunk bed, 2 recliners and the fold down dinette table. Can sleep 8 comfortably, more if there are smaller children. Plenty of room and privacy for a family vacation, a friends trip or a couples getaway! Available to delivery only, no pick-ups. If you are interested in picking up and towing yourself, check out our other camper that is available here https://www.outdoorsy.com/pro/363148 Make your trip stress free! Let us deliver and set up for you. You can just show up and relax without all the work! Enjoy your time and when you are ready to pack up, we'll return and breakdown and pick up the rig. Waste disposal and propane are included in delivery fee. Fee varies on distance. When booking for delivery, choose stationary rental for a less expensive insurance rate. No one likes rules! But we do have a few to make sure you, us and the rig are safe! We want everyone to love traveling in this trailer and have as much fun as we always have! -No festivals! Sorry! -We love our fur babies and think they should go on family camping trips too! We just ask that you are a responsible pet owner and clean up after them and ask that they stay off furniture to avoid any damage. An additional cleaning fee may be charged if there is an excess of dog fur or mess. -Only dogs allowed. No cats, rodents, bunnies, monkeys, birds or reptiles, zebras, lions, tigers, bears... oh my! -We have a very strict no smoking policy. Please, no smoking in our rig. If there is evidence of smoking inside you will lose ALL of your deposit. -Active use of awning is allowed, just use common sense! If you go inside, go to bed or leave the campsite, please bring it in. Even the smallest amount of wind can do great damage to an awning and they are absurdly expensive to repair! -Please do not go on the roof! We don't want anything to happen to you or to the sensitive roofing material! -Delivery fee includes waste dump and propane refill costs. -Use pressure regulator for water inlet. -If you are adding on the generator for use, due to the high cost of fuel , you are responsible for paying for fuel. It is a dual fuel generator so it uses either propane or gas. If you would like we can arrange to have a supply of gasoline for the generator, just select the gasoline option under add-ons. The generator will be supplied with a full tank, and with add-on our gas can will hold an additional 5 gallons. -Please help keep it clean inside. Treat it as you would your own home! An additional cleaning fee may be applied if unit is returned in an excessively dirty state. We will provide a complete walk through, orientation and any necessary training on systems usage upon delivery if needed. And of course, we will be available by phone during your entire trip to help you through any hiccups or questions that may arise! What's included We try to provide you with all the essentials you will need to enjoy your trip. If you have questions about something specific don't hesitate to ask! Let us take one more thing off your prep list! We can stock your fridge and pantry for you! Two Rivers Campground is in the heart of Nashville and gives you close access to everything. Of course, the smokies are only a few hours away! And don't forget how close so many other states are, or even the beach! But with all the gorgeous lakes, river and mountains nearby you don't even need to leave Tennessee to have an unforgettable get away! Other things to note Please send us a message when requesting to book! This will save time during the booking process. We would love to hear more about your trip and destination to make sure we have everything set up just right for you.

This was our family's first time renting an RV and Matthew's Bionic Gypsy Grand Design Reflection was perfect for us (2 adults; 2 young children; 1 dog). Matthew worked with us through all of our questions and thank goodness - he delivered and set up the camper for us! Prompt and communicative throughout the whole process. Highly recommend.

Our rental experience with Matthew and Ashley was beyond 5 stars! I highly recommend renting from them. This RV was exactly as listed, very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for this trip. Communication before, during, and after was consistently friendly and timely. They had the RV set-up and ready when we arrived and made the entire process feel seamless. Their original generator stopped working a…

Mathew and Ashley were great hosts. They had the trailer all set up in a great spot when we got there. We really enjoyed the basket of treats they left for us. Trailer was very clean, roomy and comfortable with everything you would need. Very enjoyable experience.

Matthew and Ashley were extradinary to work with - everything was just as communicated - they were kind enough to hang around while we had to find a camping location as it was 1st come 1st serve - I had a couple questions during the week and Matthew was very good at responding immediately.
