Our 40 foot Travel Trailer is fully equipped with amenities to make you feel at home such as a cozy living space that boasts a large dinette, fireplace,and en extra lush sofa sleeper, a fully functional and stocked kitchen with a Full size refrigerator, TWO Private Bedrooms: One bedroom features a King size bed along with plenty of storage, a television and a private entrance/exit door. The Second bedroom has a Queen size bed with its' own private sliding door. Additional sleeping accommodations are in the living area where the dinette transfers to a bed for 1-2 guests and a full size sleeper sofa which can comfortably sleep another 2 guests! This RV has it ALL and so much more!! Additional amenities to make your trip comfortable include: Linens, Blankets, Bath Towels, Pillows ** Bedding is only provided for Both Master Bedrooms** Kitchen Supplies: Glassware, Dinnerware, Silverware, Pots/Pans, Cookware, Keurig Coffee Maker (with pods), Toaster, Crockpot ETC. For your entertainment: Indoor/Outdoor Games, 4 Highback Outdoor Chairs, 2 (8X12) Outdoor Mats Our RV is fully stocked for all your camping needs!! We can also accommodate dry camping with a Generator and additional Water Caddies (extra fee)!!
