Goldilocks 2.0 is the perfect camper, not too big and not too small. This is a new camper to us and we previously owned a smaller one with great reviews on here. Don’t let the lack of reviews scare you…we are looking forward to adding you to the list of happy campers! Goldilocks is ready for some fun adventures. She is our personal family camper, but we love camping so much we want to share it with other families. Instead of her sitting in storage bored we would like her to be enjoyed by others! She has the perfect lay-out for families, couples, or even someone who enjoys the outdoors and wants some quiet time. Dogs are welcome and there is a nightly pet fee per dog to cover additional cleaning and wear and tear caused by our furry friends. If you don't feel like taking Goldilocks out yourself we do offer transportation, depending on work schedules! Most weekends will work, but during the week delivery cannot occur until after 5pm most days. We’ll do all the set-up and break down. No charge for dumping the tank if you have us deliver to a site with full hook-ups or a dump station. I’m always available by phone for any questions before and during your stay. Goldilocks has the perfect space for sleeping with a queen bed, big double bunks, and a dinette that folds down to make bed. There is a 500 lb weight limit on the bunks so she’s perfect for kids big and small. There is ample storage in the pantry, two modest closets to hang clothes, and storage space in the front of the camper. The large fridge and freezer can hold all your treats, and if that's not enough there is a small fridge outside by the outdoor grill! The bathroom is well appointed with everything you could need, including a shower, sink, toilet, and medicine cabinet. If you need to wash those muddy paws off there is an outdoor shower just for that! Rules of the cottage: 1. The number one rule is to treat Goldilocks like your own, or better. This is our family camper that we want to love and share for years to come. There are a few more rules to keep everyone safe and the camper clean.... 2. Please always use the supplied surge protector 3. Please limit the weight in the bunks to 500 lbs a bunk 4. Minimal rental age is 25 years old 5. Please dump the tanks or there will be a $100 fee assessed. (It's not that we don't like dumping the tanks, it's actually damaging to the RV to be driven with the tanks full) There are plenty of spots with restroom facilities if you just really don't like dumping the black tank. I promise it's not that bad and we do provide gloves. 6. ****NO Smoking AT ALL!!! If you choose to smoke in or near the camper there will be a $500 fee assessed.***** Last BUT NOT Least.... HaVe fUn!!! We love camping and being together as a family outdoors more then anything and hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Goldilocks is easy to tow, comfortable, the A/C will freeze you out and the furnace will keep you warm so go out and enjoy the outdoors comfortably!! What's included Goldilocks will include the following: *Fitted sheets for the Queen and bunks. There is a comforter on the queen bed but please bring sleeping bags or blankets for the bunks, this just makes it easier to sanitize and clean. * Bath towels * Washcloths * Cleaning rags for those porridge spills * Paper towels and RV safe toilet paper * Kitchen essentials (pots, pans, washable bowls, cups, and plates, utensils, a small crockpot, a coffee maker, and two wine glasses) * (4) camping chairs * (2) tanks of propane * Folding table * Water hose * Electrical hook-up for 30 amp * Sewer hose * Back-up camera She can hold around 600 lbs of gear so just keep that in mind if you don’t pack light. We do require a 7 pin hookup and electric brake controller. If you do not have one installed in your SUV or truck you may rent our Echo Bluetooth brake controller. We ask that you bring your own blankets and pillows for easy of sanitation. All provided linens will be thoroughly cleaned on the highest heat setting after each visit, and bleached if needed. The entire camper will be cleaned and sanitized between each rental and our personal use. Recommendations Have fun! Our family loves checking out all of the national and state parks. We love Jellystone parks, KOAs, and just anywhere with good people and great views. We are new to the San Antonio areas so we are constantly finding new places to share with our renters. Other things to note We have a weight distribution hitch that is available and preferred if you are wanting to haul her yourself. We highly recommend having us drop her off and set her up to ensure everything is working properly and give you a tour!

  Goldilocks was amazing. She was spotless, everything worked properly and there was plenty of space for me, the wife and the 2 kids. Christine was right on time, actually early, and had the trailer set up, a/c on and ready to go when we arrived. Her and her daughter walked us through the trailer and wished us a good weekend. Thank you for a wonderful experience. See you next year.

  Christine was wonderful to work with and helped make our vacation one to remember. The AC was fantastic and kept us good and cold even though the Texas temps were in the triple digits. Goldilocks would certainly work for a family of 6-8, but was spacious for just the two of us. The highlight of this rental...however...was working with Christine, her communication, and her flexibility. I'd recommend this RVShare…
