Sleeps 4 full size adults or is a great option for families with children. The master bed is a super comfortable memory foam queen size mattress. The dinner table and couch both turn into twin beds. Nice size fridge, 3 burner stove, oven, microwave, and full size sink. The trailer comes equipped with linens for the beds, as well as plastic ware for eating. There is also a table and a couple of chairs for outdoor sitting! I personally like to cook outside, so I also include a small propane stove to be used outside for coffee or to heat up a can of beans. Indoor and outdoor speakers can be hooked up to a phone for enjoying music whether you're hiding from the weather inside or outside appreciating nature. The trailer also comes equipped with a power awning for those hot sunny days. Outdoor speakers plus an awning makes for a great camping experience! We do allow pets as we are dog owners ourselves! We ask that you do keep in mind that any damage caused by pets will be taken out of your deposit, but if you have a loving easy dog like ours we want them to enjoy themselves as well! What's included Included with the trailer: -Fresh linens are included as well as pillows we do however ask that you bring extra blankets if you feel the need. -an outdoor 4 ft table as well as a few chairs to lounge around outside. -a couple camp games that we love to play in the trailer as well. -a small two burner propane stove for outdoor cooking. -plates and plasticware -sink cover for more counter space -Keurig All you need to do is bring yourself!   Justin is a fantastic host and was able to juggle some last minute reservation changes without an issue. I suspect he is in Inks Lake State Park almost weekly. The camper is perfect for a couple, with a surprisingly comfortable mattress. It is a little light on dishware. AC blew cold which was essential. Our friends had their AC go out and had to leave early.

  RV was exactly as described and pictured, including everything needed for our stay. They dropped off and set up very quickly, which made it so easy for us to enjoy. Highly recommend!

  Our experience was easy. The only issues we had were the trailer not being level side to side. If wanting to keep a slant for rain run off, it's always best to do that in the direction of how the bed is laid out (front to back). The provided linens was missing a flat sheet, and the fitted sheet didn't seem to fit. I had to keep fixing it.
